A group will be more helped by a person who is willing to do things that other members want than a person who strongly insists on things in a way that is different from what other members want.
It is critically important that we do something that other group members want. Personally, I believe a group will be more helped by a person who is willing to do things that other members like than a person who strongly insists on things in a way that is different from what other members want. I feel this way because of two reasons, which I will explore in further detail in my essay.
To begin with, I think that if a person does something that most group members do, you can accomplish things faster and more efficiently. As everyone agrees with you then you will not receive many complaints and comments about your project. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. Once the school assigned me and 5 other students to make a mock tour. We have a budget of 100,000 HKD.(not real money) Then we have to research a country we selected. In a couple of months, we need to do a short presentation, about 2minutes, to briefly introduce the country and what we are doing there. I tried to cooperate with them, so once they had an idea, even if I didn’t like it, I still did the thing they wanted. This resulted in our group finished the tours project two weeks before the deadline!
