I am your tenant, Ernie, living in Hollywood, California. I want to STRONGLY COMPLAIN about this old and deplorable run-down shack you rented to me for USD$10,000 per week! I could’ve used this money to enjoy a 5-star hotel. Instead, your house didn’t provide any shelter! For example, when rain falls, the rain leaks into the house from the holes on the roof! Also, when the wind blows, I start to shiver and freeze!!! Rats and cockroaches ate my food and dirtied my bed!
I believe it’s a scam and you had cheated my money. I want to protest of this unreasonable price and this broken-down shack! I want my refund of USD10,000, RIGHT NOW!
