In Twenty Years There Will Be Fewer Cars In Use Than There Are Today
In recent years, humans have been producing more and more cars because of new technology. I strongly disagree with the statement that there will be fewer cars in twenty years. This is because of two reasons which I will explore in further detail in my essay.
To begin with, the human population is growing bigger and bigger by the day. Currently, there are 7.674 billion people in the whole world. This number is expected to grow very quickly. This means that in the future more and more people would demand cars. In big cities, people need vehicles to travel to places, such as schools, museums, and more. Sometimes, people get multiple cars for showoff. For instance, one hundred years ago, in Hong Kong, there barely were any cars. Now, when we look at the streets, it is crowded with automobiles. This proves that when the population increases, the number of cars will too!
Furthermore, as the population grows, this leads to more people starting companies selling cars. For instance, Tesla is a new car company that makes electric cars. I expect that more companies in the future will try to copy Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla. As these cars are powered by electricity, people will think that it is eco-friendly. So they would be willing to buy a new electric car. This will leads to more cars produced in the world. Additionally, places that are developing may be wealthier in the future. The people who live in developing countries will be willing to buy a car.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that there will be more cars in the future than today. This is mainly because of our planet’s population growth and more people will be starting new companies producing cars.
