“BOOM! BOOM!” a piercingly loud stomping noise came from outside the cave. The shadow of a monster gradually emerged from the darkness. This mysterious creature was nothing Mechi had ever seen in his entire life. It had four robotic tentacles equipped with pincer-shaped hands, a pair of titanium hammer legs, and a diamond-shaped head with vampire-like jaws. The creature stared straight at the two brothers with its lava-colored eyes.
Mechi froze with fear at the sight of this hideous monster. While Meg had just realized that this monster was the same one he confronted half a decade ago when he was attacked on this planet. Back then, Meg was severely injured and lost contact with everyone on Earth when all his communication devices were destroyed. Meg was instantaneously filled with rage and helplessness after seeing his old rival again.
Before either of them had any time to react, the monster’s powerful and robotic tentacle had already shot towards them and grabbed them tightly. It opened its humongous and terrifying mouth as it let out a menacing roar. The mechanical tentacles were slowly retracting, pulling Mechi and Meg towards his unsightly face. The two quick-thinking brothers drew a pair of M-16 rifles stored behind their back and automatically began discharging bullets at the monster. Unfortunately, the monster showed no reaction and continued to swallow them whole.
Mechi and Meg plummeted down the monster’s oesophagus for a long and tedious time before landing softly on a jelly-like substance. It was composed of a sticky combination of nuts, bolts, and fuel. Their Torch Eyes immediately lit up and they realized they were still alive. They desperately wanted to leave this disgusting, foul-smelling place. With a click of a button, the siblings released an army of ant-sized micro-drones from their backpack to explore the internal structure of the monster.
Within seconds, one of the micro-drones reported that there was an Energy Core that was providing the monster the power it needs to function. It was located in the center of the monster. Immediately, they started their journey to the monster’s core.
Luckily they found a wire next to them, they did not hesitate and used their laser eyes to cut a hole and went in. A powerful light shot out of the tube. After their eyes acclimatize to the light. They saw an electricity rod leading to the Energy Core. At this moment their system gave a warning to them to charge as their power is running low. They quickly scanned their surroundings and found that the rod in front of them can provide them with enough electricity for 1 billion years! Meg immediately remembered his purpose to come here: To find a new source of energy that can support the human population! He quickly remembered the element of the energy and cut off the rod. A strong wave of energy surged towards their body. They quickly climbed towards the power core.
Finally, they have reached the power core. They took out their rocket launchers, miniguns, M4A1s, and other weapons. They started blasting uncontrollably at the nucleus of the Energy Core. They could hear the monster groaning and screaming in pain from the inside.
BOOM!!!
The monster exploded! Mechi and Meg got launched into the sky and fell at the speed of light towards the ground. When they stood up after they regained their composure. They spotted a massive sandstorm approaching from a distance.
“This day could not get any worse!” Mechi exclaimed.
They noticed a dark shadow inside the dust devil and drones circulating it.
“Yeah, it just got worse!” Meg sighed.
