We need to learn about history because it can help us we can predict the future as it is very much similar to the past. For example, why wars happen, and how we can prevent it. If we understood why people have conflict, perhaps we can avoid wars.
We need to learn about history because we can understand how countries have changed throughout time. For instance, there was once 13 colonies in America, but now there are 50 states. Another example is that China was once a land filled with many kingdoms fighting each other, and China now is a country with 23 provinces.
Finally, history is a significant subject because they can teach us how humans were like in the past. We can learn about people’s tradition, cultures, and lifestyles from the past. For example, in Chinese culture, there were Emperors and Empresses. However, that tradition is outdated.
